General Commission Info
Terms
For most sketch commissions, the turnaround time is within a few days to one month. Usually, it's a few days to a week, but sometimes there are delays.
For complex commissions, please expect a one-week to two-month wait time. Sometimes it might take longer, but I often endeavor to complete them as quickly as possible.
If you would like the commission completed and sent to you by a specific date, please let me know before I start the commission.
You can use the commission for personal use, such as printing it out to hang up in your room, using it as a social media profile picture/banner, etc. You may post and share the commission on social media. Do not use the commission for commercial use or resale. Do not use the commission for AI at all.
As a general rule, no refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, I can do minor edits (e.g. small lighting changes) for the commission, but I will not overhaul an entire artwork with major changes (e.g. changing a character's pose).
You have to send visual references (e.g. photos of the character along with photos of clothes for the character) with your order, or I will not start creating the artwork.
Please note that I will use the watermarked low-resolution version of the commission as an example for whichever commission type it falls under. If, for any reason, you don't want your commission to be used as an example for others to see, please let me know.
You will receive two versions of the commission via email. One will be watermarked with a lower resolution and the other will be a higher resolution without a watermark. There may be cases outside of this where you may receive more files. All files will be .png file type unless requested otherwise.
